Is it normal if I experience headache or dizziness after taking Zenso products?

It is normal to feel headaches or dizziness during the first few days on the Zenso program. This is your body reacting to extreme calorie deficit and it needs some time to adapt to it. During the first few days, we recommend that you to hold off on exercising or doing high intensity physical activities until your body gets adapted and shows no more symptoms of headache or dizziness.
